I thank God (Allah) for every single blessing in my life. Without God I am nothing! My heart is crying with joy as I look back to all my struggles, pain, and setbacks, which eventually turned out to be blessings in disguise. Who I am today is forged by fire and a strong belief system. I’m not the cleverest and the best person yet I have achieved all this. None is much greater than God-the most powerful, merciful, and sovereign. All praises belong to him. In my life, I learned that to live is to fight and win. Despite the trials and challenges, we face every day, if we persist, at the end of the day, no matter what, the hardships will come to pass because storms do not come to stay, they come to pass.
I came from a broken and desolate family. This unimaginably grim situation pushed my father to end his life with his own hands when I was just 2 years old. My life became more difficult when my mother, my sister and me to our struggling grandmother. My grandmother had no means to support us so she sent us to her sister who somehow could offer us some relief. Though we were not closely related, she treated us like her real children and endured the pain of being a parent.
Looking for ways to survive and be able to go to school during elementary, I looked for work and started selling. During high school, I worked part-time in a dangerous quarry. At an early age, I witnessed the harsh reality of being broke. Being abandoned by my parents and forced by the situation to work in a very inconvenient environment was just too much for a young man. However, these also became the training ground that made me independent. I could still recall that I had to cut classes to work and make money otherwise my family would starve to death.
I consider graduating high school as one of my greatest feats because it was hard to juggle earning money and going to school. The graduation ceremony was the saddest part of my journey because nobody accompanied me as I went on stage to receive my diploma. I never had a normal childhood and teenage life. I never experienced parental love and play. Everything was just about looking for means to survive.I did not complain nor demand more from my guardians and uncles. I believe this was also crucial in my success journey. Instead of whining the whole day, I would rather look for means.
Believing in the usual advice, “go to school and get a good job”, I tried to go to college and dreamt of landing in Information Technology course. But no matter how hard I tried it seemed that destiny was not working in my favour. Then, I gave up. I accepted the very fact that I would be forever broke. I went to Manila to look for opportunities and I ended up working as a factory worker, janitor, helper, salesboy, and worst of all a construction worker. Until I met Multi-level Marketing through a co-worker. My life perspective changed. MLM opened my mind to so many possibilities. Thereon, I realized that it would be impossible for me to achieve any success in employment due to a lack of college education.
Though I had no greater success in my previous MLM companies, I am very thankful that they provided me with the right pieces of training, fundamental knowledge, and hopes. Somehow, I experienced earning far more than my salary.
I decided to resign from my regular job but it was not easy. My family did not approve of my decision and they laughed at me and very often criticized me especially when I went home penniless. But I considered these as my motivations. So instead of losing hope, I thrived to awaken the giant within and persisted against all odds. I sought higher spirituality, attended life coaching, and was consistent with my daily prayer. I was steadfast in believing that I would become successful in this industry despite being burnt out. One time, I paused and contemplated. I kneeled and prayed to God asking for the right wisdom and directions. God seemingly sent Superlife Worldwide as His answer. It arrived at my very worst time. I was already on the verge of giving up MLM after the previous company just shut down unexpectedly and I was left financially unprepared. Superlife opportunity seemed to be my last chance to step up from the rubbles of poverty and testify “from zero to hero, from nobody to somebody”. When I started Superlife last January 2018, I was broke. I didn’t even have enough money to pay for the cheapest package. But my dreams for my family were much bigger than my hurdles. I thought of a strategy to kickstart my Superlife business. I borrowed one box of STC30 and sold it to my long-time client in which the payment was agreed by my upline to be used to purchase the starter package until I upgraded to star, supreme, and super packages. The rest was history. Today, I am so honoured and grateful that I have achieved the rank of TCD Triple Crown Diamond.
